Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SterilePass("the Service"), available at https://sterilepass.com. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service is
SterilePass provides original practice questions, explanations, and study tools to help you prepare for the CRCST certification exam. The Service is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HSPA or any certification body, and it does not guarantee that you will pass any exam.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account is for one person; sharing paid access is not permitted.
3. Purchases
Paid access is a one-time purchase valid for a fixed period (180 days unless stated otherwise at checkout). There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which handles billing, applicable taxes, and payment data. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Service — questions, explanations, and software — is owned by SterilePass or its licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial study only. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the question bank.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access paid content without payment, sharing accounts, submitting recalled exam content, or interfering with the Service's operation.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep content accurate and aligned with the public exam content outline, we do not warrant that the content is error-free, and exam content and policies may change. Your exam result depends on your own preparation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SterilePass's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
