If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email hello@sterilepass.com within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. You can also request a refund directly through the receipt email from Paddle, our payment provider.

Didn't pass? Free extension

Separate from the refund guarantee: if you study with the full bank, sit the CRCST exam during your access window, and don't pass, we'll extend your access for another 180 days free. Just email us the date of your exam attempt.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, our merchant of record, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
